Locks Construct Ltd offers Building & Locksmith Services including, but not limited to, lock installation, lock repair, emergency lockout assistance, and security consultations. All services are subject to availability and location coverage within the Greater Manchester, UK. Services may be modified or discontinued without notice.

2. User Obligations

By using our website or booking a service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.

• All information provided is accurate and complete.

• You have lawful ownership or authority over the property you request service for.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices quoted are in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to VAT where applicable. Final costs may vary depending on the nature of the job, materials required, and time of service (e.g. out-of-hours rates). Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and approved online payment systems. Late payments may incur additional charges or legal recovery proceedings.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations within less than 1 hour, or failure to provide access to the property, may incur a call-out fee of £40. Refunds for any dissatisfaction will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We strive to resolve all customer concerns promptly and fairly.

5. Liability

While we aim to provide professional and damage-free services, Locks Construct Ltd will not be held liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to locks, doors, or security systems.

• Incidental damages resulting from necessary forceful entry (when authorised).

• Loss or theft after our services if the client fails to upgrade security measures as recommended.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service rendered, unless otherwise mandated by law.

6. Warranty

We offer a standard 12-month warranty on all new locks and hardware installed by our technicians, subject to normal use and maintenance. This does not apply to tampered, misused, or externally damaged items.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, logos, images, and designs—is the intellectual property of Locks Construct Ltd. Reproduction, redistribution, or copying without written permission is strictly prohibited.
